This cemetery is often referred (incorrectly) online as the Beersheba Cemetery. It is not the Beersheba Cemetery. Beersheba was located 42 miles east of Garden City near Ravanna and Kalvesta. This cemetery is located about 8 miles NW of Garden City. It is often referred to as the Beersheba cemetery since it was deeded as a cemetery by a Beersheba settler and most burials were of Beersheba residents (although they no longer lived in Beersheba when they died). There are more burials than the four listed but there is no record to indicate who else was buried here.
